Rebuilding Together helps to improve the homes of low-income homeowners by providing repair services. Come out and volunteer some of your time to help someone in need.
-----Assorted specifics------
There will be coffee, lunch, and bottled water. Please wear closed-toe shoes and clothes you don't mind getting dirty (they usually give us shirts, but don't count on it). Since we'll likely be spending a lot of time outside, it might be a good idea to use hats/sunglasses/sunblock. Also, please bring a bus pass, as we will be taking a bus to the work site!
