Description Mmmmmmmmmm. Dim sum at Legendary Palace in Oakland. We'll subsidize $5 per person for the meal and the BART ticket is not subsidized. You should bring at least $3.50(BART)+$10(food). By the way, keep in mind there was a TIME CHANGE THIS MORNING. The event will be one hour later than it otherwise would.
