Description Hang out with Will Lu, Jaymo Kang, and Frank Yang at the RSF to do mostly resistance training. Beginners welcome! This is a re-occuring hangout, and while you are encouraged to come back to hang out more with us, you will only get one Interactivities credit for coming to workout multiple times.
