| The Believer | Sheltered from the harshness of today's world, he has been raised to trust in a higher power before illusory earthly pleasures. He has been taught a stark sense of right and wrong, and he feels in his heart that the world is full of sin. For the first time, he enters the world, and he comes ready to begin his spiritual crusade. |
| The Skeptic | There is a reason for everything, and the Skeptic aims to discover it. The truth is the only goal worth pursuing, and he has never had time for anyone else's hogwash while alive, so he certainly won't accept it during this near-death hallucination. |
| The Youth | Life has bloomed for him, and the future is still ripe. He knows that nothing can hold him back from the wonders ahead. Then he dies. |
| The Devoted | She lives a happy, contented life, basking in good company and the pleasures of fine living. Her love for her husband is pure, and she knows that it will last forever. Now she has the chance to prove it. |
| The Professional | He executes his duties with the great precision that arises from a lifetime of practice. People trust his skills and his judgment, but he knows his place. He's lived a harsh life, but until now it has only made him stronger. Now he knows that it's time to find something new. |
| The Deceiver | His whole life is a lie, but he will take his secrets to the grave... and maybe beyond. |
| The Innocent | Wide-eyed and innocent, she has lived every day (well, there haven't been that many yet) enjoying the simple pleasures of life. Sometimes she stays with Grandma, and sometimes she stays with Mommy, but she knows that Teddy will always be by her side. |
| The Guilty | He's done something bad. Something really, really bad. If only he had the chance to make things right, somehow he'd make up for it. Only now, it's too late, and he's going to suffer for it. Worst of all, the afterlife doesn't end, and neither will his suffering. |
| The Forgotten | There was a time when everyone knew her, when her future was bright and clear. Men fawned over her, and women wished they could be like her. For a short time, she lived a dream life, but quite abruptly the dream ended, and now she is simply Forgotten. |

Somehow, it's always seemed a bit empty and artificial, but now she has a chance at the experience of a lifetime. Maybe there's something beautiful for her to find in this twilight world. Or at least something shocking. After all, the best art comes from those who suffer, right? |
