Scharffen Berger Chocolate Factory Tour |

Do you know that 75% of the US chocolate market is held by women? HKNers went on another factory tour. This time it's the chocolate factory. HKNers got a sample of milk chocolate, honey and citris chocolate, 82% dark chocolate, and 99% dark chocolate. After sampling, we got an inside view of the big machines that make chocolates. One thing we learned is that HKN guys love chocolate no less than the girls. |
