These are pictures of HKN tabling at Cal Day. We set up a table where we sold EECS T-shirts and beanies, gave advice to prospective students, and conducted a game of foil boat engineering. What is foil boat engineering, you ask? Good Question. Competitors were given a paper-sized piece of foil with which to design the optimal penny-carrying foil boat. The person who's boat holds the most pennies won a free EECS T-shirt or beanie. The winner, at 217 pennies was a young girl named Chloe. |
