DescriptionIntroduction to superconductivity. Electron pairing. BCS and Ginzburg-Landau theories. Single-particle and Josephson tunneling. Electrodynamics of superconductors and Josephson junctions. Proximity effect. Mixed state in type II superconductors. Thin films. Applications in analog and digital circuits. Fabrication technology.
