Mid-semester Meeting:
-emails will be out, sign up for slot
-chill informal meeting to see how the semester is going


Photo-scav Hunt:
-big fun event, we need people to come and help make clues also
-clue-makers will not be played for the next two semester
people with clue (michelleau, darren)


Committee Dinners:
-contact your candidates and set up committee meal before GM2
-be their friends and list some possible committee projects
-candidates are your friends, not slaves!
-candidates will be reimbursed 5 dollars each


OH reminder:
-some people are coming late or not coming at all
-the only reason we have office is for the OH
-Suraj & bkim will cover min&rzheng's friday OH 3-4pm
-be sure that someone is actually covering your OH, don't just send an email and pray


Survey/Merger:
-For nationals regarding merger issue. Very important that you fill it out. Do it!
-Our stance: we oppose the merger as it is. We need nationals to divulge more information
-We see no reason why the merger benefits us
-Email darren or jtran if you have questions


Breast Cancer walk:
-EJC would like engineering societies to participate
-Walk around a track, festivities in the center
-email zhangz if you are interested
