Props:
-tutoring for temporary schedule
-people for going there
-albert & lahini and others for berkeley phD
-michelle for volunteering for tour

Tutoring:
-enter your new availabilities in a separate entry
-new schedule will be generated; it will be better
-enter new schedule by friday night


Potluck/Ice Cream:
-refer to as many of your friends as possible
-best referers don't have to make food for potluck
-sign up online to make potluck dishes soon, emails reminder will be sent


Tshirt:
-preliminary design will be up.
-send your suggestions for tshirt to pub in a week
-they will then discuss them and sew the tshirts
-feel free to add more words to aimee's idea


Midterm Calendars:
-sign up for google calendar and put down your midterms/project due dates
-link will be sent, login and update
-for better event planning


Tour:
-2:30pm this friday 2/8/08, you can take them anywhere, for however much time
-jliao volunteers
-nice service to department, we should all do them from time to time


HKN/IEEE merger:
-main reason is for avoiding bankrupcy
-there exist a inter-chapter google group for discussion
-nationals need the vote of the chapters
-emails will go out detailing the current status of the merger
-no one knows what the alternatives are
-if merger happens, new members will have to pay IEEE fees.
