1) Retreat (mike, james, tracy)

- house is in truckee
- list of stuff to bring will be sent out in email: sleeping bag, towels, 
toiletries, swimwear (hot tub there)
- cost is $25/person, bring cash/checks to retreat to pay eric there
- don't bring laptops/school stuff (only bridge can bring laptops)
- bring games, etc
- introductions on first night
- food provided saturday and sunday morning (friday dinner and sunday 
lunch depends on driver)

2) Tutoring (ramesh, darren, neil)

- everyone should sign up on prot ASAP (sign up for as many hours as you 
can make)
- prelim schedule will be up soon
- everyone has to tutor 2 hours/wk
- get someone to cover if you have to miss office hours
- guide to tutoring will be made available
- tutoring starts week after next
