i) Broomballing with UPE is set for April 20th after GM3

ii) Sushi night with AUWICSEE is a week from today at Wozniak Lounge
Volunteers for this event:

iii) Relay for life
Fund raising for cancer people, it is a 24hour relay.
There will be food and a lot of people hanging out.
April 28th-29th 4pm to 4pm. 
Interested ones: stephen, don, pamela, achoy, kli, sahandn

iv) Are we interested in holding a boat dance? EJC might partially subsidized this event.

1) Events

Show up to hkn scavenger hunt and zoo clean up. We need officers to help run the events for 
scavenger hunt and key card access.

2) OH attendance
-----------------
Officers go to your office hours. This is an important part of our services to the students.
As an officer, you are required to attend.

3) new HKN
-----------
We need people testing out the new machine. It is located at http://new-hkn.eecs.berkeley.edu/

4) EJC
-------
EJC needs a poster from us for cal day.
EJC is no longer tabling and so they will put our poster at random locations.
The poster should describe HKN and what we do and be non year specific so we can reuse.
EJC can subsidized the cost of the poster.
E-week event will be carnival style on April 18th.
We do not need EJC to come to our OM.


5) EECS survey
---------------
To prepare for the faculty retreat and the feedback to give we are conducting a survey online. 
It will be up beginning next week.
Announcement in class signups are emailed. SIGN UP.

6) Gamma Beta Chapter mentorship
---------------------------------
Gamma Beta Chapter, Northeastern University at Boston desires mentorship
Officers think that it is a good idea because it can help us know what we need to improve on
This would be more than just emailing them, it would include helping build their infrastructure.
The hard part is working with them to figure out how to better organize them as a chapter.
We will want to build up their indrel and provide a lot of our organizational structures such as Duties files. 
Our comp service side can coordinate the software they can use. The point man would be the President. 
This is a commitment for at least a semester if not more. It would be a good bullet point for the yearbook.

7) Sofas
----------
We have money for a sofa.
The people who wants to shop for sofa are:
liaor, sameer, don, mangesh, ihaque, stephen

8) Indrel
-----------
We might have an infosession. Omnivision has stop responding to their emails.
