1. Sign up for office hours tutoring online through prot after ramesh emails.
2. Sign up for OM time through prot after ihaque's email. Check for boxes you CANNOT make.
3. Come up with three challenges and run them by don before CM.
4. Go to retreat this weekend. Make sure you have a ride. Bring towels, sleeping bag, and warm clothes. 
Don't bring laptops and homeworks. Bring games and board shorts for hot tub. Bring 25 dollars for treasurer.
5. Drivers: Directions will be emailed out and also will be placed in soda hall office.

Doug resigned over break and Imran nominates narenr to take over. 
Almost unanimous yes vote for narenr as replacement.

3) Tutoring signups
--------------------
Experiencing techinical difficulty and so wait for ramesh's email to sign up for tutoring through prot.

4) OM times
------------
There will be an online sign up script on prot. Wait for ihaque's email click for boxes that you CANNOT make

5) Student tours
-----------------
There are two people who wants a tour.
liaor will take the 1st on Friday 2:00PM with CS emphasis.
don will take the 2nd on Thursday 1/26 3:00PM.

6) Candidate challenges
------------------------
Come up with three and run them by don before CM.
You can make them up during retreat, OM, or whenever.
Some example challenges maybe found on wiki
Please run it by don before OM because it will be unfortunate for candidate to get a denial of challenge. 
don has cool ideas so ask him for challenges if you are having trouble...
Try to create the challenges that will promote social interaction instead of riddles.
don will send out examples later.

7) Retreat information

It is this weekend.

Bring towels, sleeping bag, and warm clothes.
Leave laptops at home and don't bring homework and no webcast.
Bring games and board shorts for hot tub.
Bring 25 dollars.
