0. Props
-Act and Act candidates for arranging the HKNlympics
-George, Mangesh, Naren for donut runs
-Isaac and Dustin for going to the EJC meeting yesterday
-Andy for fighting for more money
  -We got $500 for computer equipment and $50 for chairs

1. Initiation/Banquet
-If you can drive to banquet, please bring your car
-Call your candidates and tell them congratulations
  -If you see any candidates, please remind them about banquet
-Remind them about their course surveys if they haven’t already completed them
-Initiation is at 5:45pm; tell people to be ON TIME
-Dress is semi-formal (nice pants, shoes, shirts, etc.)
-Banquet parking: there’s paid parking but you can get reimbursed

2. Elections
-Read over the description of officer positions (see Tina’s email)
-If you have questions, talk to Tina or talk to the person who has the position now

3. Duties Files
-Plase update the duties files
-Write them before initiation!!!
-Be careful not to overwrite the old duties files

4. Stoles, etc.
-Stoles are in a box in the Soda office
-If someone comes in for their stole and/or cord, collect their money ($10 for a cord, $25 for a stole)
-There is a sheet with their name and what they ordered
-Check off their name if they picked up their stole/cord

4.5 If a guy named Ryan Huang comes by 290 Cory, please give him the iPod mini (he has until next Tuesday to get it)
-Check his ID!!
