1. Tutoring
-tutoring schedule has changed
-check online (will be updated sometime tonight)
-no one can make TuTh 12-1
    -perhaps ex-officers can make this time
    -ex-officers, email Leonard if you want to help out at another time
-Decided: Tina and Hua will split the 12-1 hour on TuTh
-if you want to switch, tell Leonard
-you are OBLIGATED to help people if you're in the office and someone needs help!

2. Tutoring Publicity Announcements
-say you're from HKN; publicize services (tutoring)
-email the professor and see if you can make an announcement

4. Members Potluck
-cook for 5-10 ppl per dish
-date/ideas
   -lunch as opposed to dinner
   -sunday brunch instead of dinner
   -superbowl potluck (2pm; game starts at 3:30pm)
-signup list will be online
-officers: BRING YOUR HKN MEMBER FRIENDS!! (*ahem* 2 or more!)

5. Faculty Retreat
-meeting tomorrow, 2-3PM in 337 soda
  -signups: lili, sahandn, casey, tina, ihaque, hua, lenwei
-generally meetings will be about once a week for an hour
-at the retreat, students will present to faculty a list of good/bad
points about the dept.
