-Act for planning retreat during the break and finals

-Karl for handling course survey requests

4. Beginning of Semester Meetings (ttd)
-Committees meet with VP (Sahand), Treasurer (Tracy), and President (Tina) to 
go over the budget		
-Pick a time on Wednesday or Friday of next week
-Look out for an email from Tina w/ more details

5. Student Advisors (ttd)
-Hua and Jessica will be student advisors
-Student advisors will be around to help officers, so feel free to ask them
for help if you need it
-They will also be around to help with executive decisions and new projects
-If you want to audit other lists, email ops (e.g. hkn@hkn, suicidal@hkn if you want
to receive EVERYTHING)

6. Pre-Candidate Activities (sahandn)
-Pre-candidate semester members potluck
-Other ideas: football, members vs. officers contests
-Get your HKN member friends to come!!!!

7. misc@hkn
-Mailing list is like ossifers, but includes members as well
-Please sign up and use it; sometimes members feel left out
-List Moderation:
  -involves sending out emails and inviting members to join
  -also involves inviting new members (former candidates) to join
  -must check that subscribers are HKN members
  -suggested that studrel, act, csec, or rsec be in charge
  -Decided: csec will be in charge

8. Retreat
-Leaving Friday and will be back on Sunday
-Retreat is mandatory; talk to Tina if you have a problem with this
-Sign up for rides (some drivers will be going skiing on Sunday)
-Bring $25 for food; talk to Tina if you have a problem
-Drivers: 
  -save your receipts for reimbursements (gas)
  -bring snow chains
  -stop by the soda office and fill up your cars with food and games
-Check Donny's email to check what to bring (e.g. sleeping bags, jackets, etc.)
  -DON'T bring HW!
-Bridge is looking for a large white sheet for a screen
-Rides to Retreat (* indicates will go skiing on Sunday)
