*** Meeting Details ***
0. Props (vu)
-  To Isaac and Brandon for saving the office. The office 
   was flooded (more on this later) and they dumped out 30 
   buckets of water.

2. Soda Office (vu)
-  We are throwing out a lot of things and are going to try 
   to rearrange the office. All the pictures have been taken 
   down, since the wall will be repainted.
-  Perhaps we can get a new computer?
-  Don't worry. It is not as bad as it sounds. Really. 

3. Initiation Ritual (vu)
-  We did not have any suggestions to Nationals because we were 
   content with the old one. 
-  There are a lot of changes in the new ritual. The changes 
   include realigning descriptions of character. The new    
   changes make the ritual verbose and self-congratulatory.
-  Opinions? Thoughts? 
-  In general, people agree that the old one was fine.
-  If you have specific comments, you can email induction@hkn
-  Nationals want feedback. Eventually, it will be official.
-  For this semester, we will use the old ritual.

4. Candidates (isaac)
-  Candidates are finishing requirements. Today is the last 
   fun activity. By Wednesday night, we should know who will be 
   inducted by Saturday. There are some course surveys on 
   Thursday and Friday, but you can tell them that they will be 
   inducted if they complete the course surveys.
-  Tomorrow, after 7, you can look at the list of candidates and 
   it will tell you whether they have completed their requirements. 
   You can then call the candidates that will be admitted. Push	   
   everyone to go to elections, even if they don't want to run. 
   Ask them if they have any questions. 
-  Candidates should show up at 5:45 in semiformal dress.

4.5 Duties Files (vu)
-   Add to your the Duties File. You are writing a how-to for 
    the person taking on your job. Get started before elections. 

4.7 Career Center (vu)
-   The meeting might not take place till next week. We need to 
    figure out availabilities. It is basically about whether we 
    should continue to do this.
-   We also need to meet amongst ourselves. We can even meet with 
    the career center at the beginning of next semester. But if 
    we do a career fair next semester, we might want to get a head start.

5. Committee Sizes (vu)
-  This semester we voted to enlarge indrel to 5 and bridge to 
   4 because of the annual report. Usually we move bridge back 
   to 3 in the spring. 
-  Bridge seems to be okay with the change back to three.
-  Perhaps we should also move indrel back to 3, because the 
   career fair work has been a lot lighter due to our partnership 
   with the career center. 
-  Tutoring is also going back to one. 
-  This will make the office corp about 25 officers. The problem 
   is that you need 30 people to cover offices. We have 29 now.
-  For actives: If they have tutored for at least 1 semester, 
   they can man the office by themselves. How do we feel about 
   that? We should perhaps make it more selective. Who would 
   be responsible for making the selection of which actives 
   can tutor by themselves? How will we defend ourselves to 
   those that press for access? Usually, we have some people 
   who are official office tutors. This decision should be made 
   by the new officer corp at the end of elections. This would 
   supplement actives who tutor. Would these office tutors be 
   part of the officer corp? Traditionally, we invite these office 
   tutors to everything. We will let the new officer corp decide. 
   Definitely, we should circulate some emails about this topic. 
-  If we are giving out the combos to actives, we should change 
   the combos every semester.

6. Last Words (vu)
-  Vu: it has been a good semester. There has been bumps, but 
   overall it ran smoothly. People do their office duties 
   really well. "My role has never been as a manager. It has 
   been to see the vision of HKN." You should come talk to Vu 
   about whether HKN is meeting what you want to get out of 
   it. You should not have to do something. It should be because 
   you want to do it. Vu's goal for joining HKN was 1. to 
   use the offices 2. a belief that there has to be a little 
   more to the school than classes and projects. Maybe I can 
   be useful? It ended up being that Vu has met a lot of great 
   people along the way. HKN attracts great leaders. 
-  No end of the semester meetings.

7. Mu Cow Awards (vu)
-  Thanks for not crashing my car even though you fell 
   asleep twice while driving home from Trail-Hacking: Isaac
-  Mafia's MVP award: Connie
-  Most likely to be the food monster award: Brandon Booi 
   and Nam Mai (in their defense, the cake was half eaten, 
   and it was not even that good)
-  Most likely to be brute-forcing AUWICSEE award- Sahandn
-  Congrats on getting out of prison award ? Juhi
