- Lot's of activities going on, good job everybody!
- Good job to bridge for sending out the yearbook

2. Community College Day (lid)
- Dustin needs someone from 2-3:30 on Friday to tell the 
  candidates that they are leading tours correctly. 
- Jessica volunteered.

3. GM3 (isaac)
- We're thinking about a family feud type game
- We need to start inviting profs.
- Someone suggests "Survivor" Family Feud: vote off a 
  contestant each round

  are willing to come and will be the most willing to 
  participate and entertain.

4. Officer Attendance (isaac)
- Officers need to be on time in order to set a good 
  example for candidates
- If you need to be late, don't make it obvious and distracting
- Come in through the back if you're late
- Please come to activities; capture the flag did not 
  happen b/c not enough people showed up
- "If you want the candidates to be enthusiastic, we are 
  going to have to be enthusiastic" ? Isaac

4.5 Bowing RSVP (isaac)
- We need an officer headcount on who will come to bowling 
- Bowing will be 9-11 Thursday 10/28
- 14 people think they are going to go

5. E-Day (nikitas)
- This Friday is E-Day
- We're having a pumpkin pie eating contest 12:15 - 1:00 
  (awei & connie volunteered) on Memorial Glade
- Ultimate Frisbee might start that day
- Barbecue is not free, except if you win an event

6. VMWare Infosession (hxu)
- Need people to help out Wednesday 27th 5-7:

- Candidates are "in charge." People who are volunteering 
  should listen to them
- Be aware the the yahoo! infosession will be the

- Contact ttd@hkn if you have any questions and/or concerns. 

8. Centennial Conference
- at UIUC 
- Vu, Isaac, Tina, Hxu, Sahand, Dustin, Francis, 
  and Aaron are all going
- Brought some Industry people, do some leadership, 
  teambuilding stuff, banquets, give a presentation on our chapter
- We're making a presentation on how well our chapter is doing.
