* wsim will schedule another workshop next week (time & place TBA) with Prof.

2.) Indrel Update (round of applause please!)

* Amazon happy with infosession, paid us $200

* Microsoft happy with infosession, esp. Q&A.  They want to do more alumni 
  chats in the future, and maybe also a tech infosession.

* upcoming infosessions:
  9/23 Western Digital Corporation
  9/25 Altera
  VMWAre & KLA-Tencor (not scheduled yet)
  website & calendar have been updated accordingly
  fhsu says he hasn't seen this many infosessions since the dot com era, yay!

* cold calling will be mandatory for all officers during the next three weeks!
  each officer will receive one company at a time, and indrel hopes each 
  officer will average 1 company per week.  


3.) Studrel Events
------------------
* TBP/HKN basketball
  Traditional game usually held on Saturdays at local park, but TBP has all 
  weekends reserved for community service and E-futures.  They want to schedule
  bball for a Tuesday or Wednesday night, but the only lit court is the RSF,
  which is only accessible to RSF members.  Mimi will try to negotiate, but
  if the only option is to use the RSF, there seems to be little interest to
  have the game at all.

* UPE/HKN broomball
  Will keep this tradition.

* IEEE/SWE/HKN casino night
  Open to the public, maybe sponsored by additional student groups.  Mimi will
  try for EJC funding.  Play will be just with chips, but maybe a prize to the
  person with the most chips at the end.


4.) Candidate List
------------------
* Registration was postponed an additional week, so we will get the candidate
  list a week later than usual.  This means the candidate meeting, candidate
  conversations, and first week of activities will have to be rescheduled.

* Studrel needs candidates

* Indrel resume book deadling GM2


5.) HKN Conference
------------------
Nationals has invited us to a conference on Sat. Nov. 1 for California college
chapters.  There are four other chapters besides us, and a chapter can only 
attend if they bring at least 15 members.  Registration fees are $30-$35 
depending on when you register, and this does not include transportation or
housing.  From a show of hands, there seems to be interest from ~15 people.
Will try to get EJC/ASUC funding to go.
